Freight Learner was created with a simple goal: to make freight, shipping, and logistics calculations easier, faster, and more accessible for everyone.
Whether you are an importer, exporter, freight forwarder, e-commerce seller, logistics professional, student, or business owner, understanding shipping calculations is an important part of making informed logistics decisions. Freight Learner provides free calculators, practical guides, and educational resources designed to simplify complex shipping concepts.
About the Founder
Freight Learner was founded by Murtaza M., a logistics and supply chain professional with more than 7 years of experience in freight forwarding, international shipping, transportation, e-commerce logistics, and supply chain operations.
Throughout his career, he has worked with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, shipping providers, and supply chain teams across various industries. During this time, he noticed that many people struggled with common logistics calculations such as CBM, volumetric weight, chargeable weight, and container utilization.
Freight Learner was created to bridge that gap by providing practical tools and easy-to-understand educational content that helps users learn and make better shipping decisions.
Why Freight Learner Was Created
After years of working in freight forwarding and logistics operations, one recurring challenge became clear: many shipping calculations that are performed every day are still confusing for beginners and time-consuming for experienced professionals.
Calculating cargo volume, understanding air freight chargeable weight, selecting the right container size, or comparing LCL and FCL shipping options often requires multiple calculations and industry knowledge.
Freight Learner was built to simplify these everyday tasks by offering free online calculators, practical examples, and educational guides that can be accessed from any device.
Our aim is not only to provide tools but also to help users understand the reasoning behind the calculations.
